2. Is ÉLOREA’s Botanical Serum for all hair types?
Yes.
Our Botanical Hair Renewal Serum is designed to be lightweight, non-greasy, and suitable for all hair types, including fine, thick, curly, and color-treated hair.
3. How do I use the Botanical Hair Renewal Serum?
Apply a small amount directly to the scalp or onto fingertips.
Gently massage for 30–60 seconds.
It can be used on damp or dry hair and does not require rinsing.
Daily use as part of your ritual is recommended.
4. How long will it take to see results?
Results vary from person to person.
Many customers notice their hair feels softer, more hydrated, and easier to manage within a few weeks of consistent use.
We do not make medical or guaranteed claims.
5. Is the serum safe for sensitive scalps?
Yes—our formula is made with plant-based ingredients and is designed to be gentle.
However, if you have sensitivities, we always recommend performing a small patch test before full use.
6. Can I use the serum with other hair products?
Absolutely.
The serum can be used alongside your existing haircare routine, including shampoos, conditioners, oils, and styling products.
7. Do you test on animals?
No.
ÉLOREA does not test on animals.
8. Are ÉLOREA products vegan?
Yes—our Botanical Hair Renewal Serum is made with plant-based ingredients and contains no animal-derived components.
9. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States using USPS.
International shipping will be available soon.
10. How long does shipping take?
We offer two delivery categories:
ÉLOREA Standard — Gentle Botanical Delivery
USPS Ground Advantage
Estimated: 2–4 business days after shipment
ÉLOREA Priority — Elevated Ritual Dispatch
USPS Priority
Estimated: 1–3 business days after shipment
Orders require 2–4 business days for processing before shipping.
11. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing.
Once your order has begun fulfillment or received a tracking number, it can no longer be changed or canceled.
12. Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns of opened or used beauty products.
We offer replacements for:

13. What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

ÉLOREA is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” but not received.
14. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email us within 48 hours at:

We will replace the item at no cost to you.
15. Do you offer tracking?
Yes.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update with USPS.
