30-Day Refund Window
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,
- Your order does not arrive due to a shipping issue.
Because our products are personal-care items, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and hygiene reasons.
Eligibility for Refunds
We gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

✔ Wrong item received

If the product is unopened, unused, and in original condition, we may approve a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons — and due to our fulfillment partner’s policies — we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on sale or through promotional events
- Gift cards
