30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, please contact us at support@eloreabeauty.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Our guarantee allows you to request:
✔ A replacement (if your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect)
✔ Store credit (if there is an issue with the product experience)
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty or ingestible products.
This policy keeps all customers safe and ensures product quality, in accordance with Supliful’s requirements.
Returns We Cannot Accept
Because our products are consumable and made in hygienic conditions, we cannot accept physical returns of:

Unsealed items

Products that have been tampered with

Products removed from their original packaging
These restrictions follow FDA and Supliful fulfillment policies.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

We will immediately arrange a free replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.

Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they enter fulfillment.
Once production or fulfillment begins, the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
